Fully managed – 7% to 10% + VAT
Rent collection only – 7% + VAT
Tenant find only – 2½ weeks rent + VAT
Tenant referencing – £250 inc VAT
Optional extras – professional inventory, gas and electrical safety certificate, rent deposit registration with DPS, check out, tenancy renewals, EPC, portable appliance testing, property maintenance, property refurbishment and property finding for investment.
