You can choose from our fully managed, rent collection or tenant find only service. These are all discussed during the initial valuation and can be catered for the individual needs and requirements of our landlords.
Fully managed – 10% + VAT
Rent collection only – 8% + VAT
Tenant find only – 2½ weeks' rent + VAT
Tenant referencing – £300 inc VAT (for a single applicant) £250 inc VAT (for two or more applicants)
Each service is subject to a one-off set up fee of £199+VAT to cover costs incurred such as; Tenancy Agreement, Deposit Administration, Professional Photography, Floorplan, EPC (if applicable) and a full Inventory/Check-in report.
